Every Day This Spring Should Begin With This Boozy Gazpacho

We don’t blame you for staring. This recipe is a glass of intrigue best served cold on the kind of clear, blue day that finds Old Sol begging for appreciation. Is it a cocktail? Is it a boozy soup? Gazpacho 

  • 2 oz. Gin
  • 4 dashes The Bitter Truth – Cucumber Bitters
  • 1 barspoon White Balsamic Vinegar
  • 4 oz. Vegetable Juice
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Tabasco
  • Cucumber and dill to garnish
Directions: Shake with ice & strain into a long drink glass.
