Holiday Cocktail Recipe Series: Day 2 of 12 – Holiday In Oaxaca

On the second day of this libation-themed lead-up to the arrival of the man with the bag, we thought you’d enjoy a brief liquid jaunt to festive Mexico. Where delicious mezcal meets seasonal cranberry goodness, good things happen, whether you’ve been naughty or nice.

Today’s cocktail:

Holiday In Oaxaca
Mezcal el Silencio Espadin

  • 1.5 oz. Mezcal el Silencio Espadin
  • 1 oz. Cranberry Syrup(1 part unsweetened Cranberry Juice to 1 part sugar)
  • .5 oz. Fresh Lime Juice

Shake & Strain. Top off w/Soda Water.

Serve in a Collins Glass with a Rosemary Sprig.
