Holiday Cocktail Recipe Series: Day 5 of 12 – The Peppermint Patty

You didn’t think we were going to make it through this cocktail series without at least one reference to candy canes, did you? Well, you were correct (’cause our readers know what’s up). Your reward for that bit of peppermint-punctuated prescience comes with vodka, a touch of schnapps, a li’l Frangelico to keep things interesting, and chocolate liqueur because, c’mon…chocolate is happiness and if blending it with alcohol is wrong, who among us wants to be right?

Today’s cocktail:

The Peppermint Patty
3800 Ocean at Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa (Riviera Beach, FL)

Build in a glass with a crushed peppermint candy rim:

  • ½ oz. Peppermint Schnapps
  • ½ oz. vanilla vodka
  • ½ oz. cream
  • ½ oz. Frangelico
  • ½ oz. chocolate liqueur

Top with whipped cream and a cherry.
