Meet the Two Cocktails You’ll Want to Sip All Spring

So, we’re about a week into Springtime, and early temperatures suggest that the season may have decided to stick around for a while. That means we can officially, and with cautious optimism, start breaking out all the bright, light, refreshing cocktails we’ve been saving to enjoy once the last of the snow has melted.

The drinks that follow here from Linger restaurant in Denver, CO and Jam Jar Wines are two such concoctions. Will you choose the sweet wine cocktail bursting with lime wedges and mint, or the exotic gin-based libation crafted with Thai basil, sliced cucumber and jalapeño? Maybe you’ll do both like we did. Whichever you choose, you’ll be sipping secure in the knowledge that you’ll not soon find a tastier, more vibrant means of celebrating rebirth and Winter’s official departure, as well as the season of all things green.
