You Won’t Be Able to Pour These Boozy Health-Conscious Cocktails Fast Enough for Guests

It’s hard to believe we’re already cruising toward mid-July, when it still feels like the pools have barely just opened. That doesn’t mean there’s not still plenty of partying and entertaining left to be done before this summer is done. If you’re as much fun as we know you are (as evidenced by the fact that you swung by here to see what’s up) then you know that by “partying” we mean drinking, and by “entertaining” we mean cocktails.

For those of you whose faces have just twisted up into a disapproving fixture at our perceived comfort with overindulgence, you might be pleased to know that these cocktails were fashioned with consideration for the fact that more people nowadays are seeking out cocktails with a nutritional boost and more subtle alcohol. Created by mixologists at top-tier resort and hotel bars throughout the U.S., these herbaceous drinks fill that bill, drawing on the likes of kombucha, cucumbers, ginger, and wheatgrass in addition to fresh fruit and herbs. Add a couple of these to your drink menu, and mean it in the literal sense the next time you toast a friend with, “To your health!”
